Our Story

 

Every story starts somewhere, and ours began on the coast of Israel, where I grew up. Every spare second was spent in the sun, sand or splashing in the waves; beach life had me from a very young age! The air, noises, smells and colours - it's where I feel most at home.

 

When I wasn't in school or on the beach, I was normally found at my lovely Grandmother's house, watching in both fascination and admiration. A textile artist and craftswoman, her studio offered endless inspiration. She taught me everything I needed to know about textiles and hand-craft. At the age of 20 I realised that my passion is studying Fashion and went to study fashion design at Shenkar University. Now, after 20 year-long career designing swimwear for some of the UK’s best known high street names, including M&S, Next and Gottex, I decided it was time to focus on my 'big dream', and so RiniKini was born!

 

With a focus on craftsmanship and quality, our crochet swimwear line is feminine, and often uses vivid colours, embellishment and an eclectic mix of prints, materials and patterns. It has a real wow-factor and will ensure you look and feel that part, from ‘Beach to Bar’.
